Parking:

Kitchen Facilities:

  1. Parking is extremely limited , so if you are expecting more than 10 – 15 cars, you must assign someone to monitor parking.
  2. There is a parking lot below Yonder that holds 12 cars.
  3. The area in front of Yonder holds a maximum of  6 cars
  4. There is an empty lot two driveways down at 15730 Euclid (the sign says Sola) that can hold about 6 - 8 cars if necessary.
  5. There is absolutely no parking on the street in front of Yonder or close to any driveways.
  6. Please remember to keep the semi-circle driveway in front of Yonder clear in case of emergency.
There is a nicely equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use for your group.

You will find dishware, flatware, glassware and tablecloths for approximately 45 people available for your use. There is a 14-cup coffee maker, some hotpots for keeping coffee and hot water warm.

You are welcome to use a caterer at Yonder. If you would like to use a caterer that is familiar with Yonder, we can recommend Simply Bainbridge (Cherie Levan 719-5418/ cherielevan@yahoo.com), Metro Market Catering (Robert Freitag & Jason Devinney 842-8524/ info@metromarketcatering.com), Ann Pearl Catering (Ann Pearl 842-8451   annpearlcatering.com) and others. I will need to know the name of the caterer in advance of your event. Please remember that clean up and being out on time is the responsibility of the nonprofit regardless of whether a caterer is used or not.

Clean Up:

Additional Information:

Before you leave, Yonder will need to be put back in the same condition you found it in. There are brooms, dish towels and a commercial dish sanitizer to help you do that. Clean up requirements and instructions for the sanitizer’s use are on laminated sheets on the counter to the left of both kitchen sinks. Leave any soiled dishrags and/or tablecloths next to the kitchen door when you leave. Shake, fold and return to the drawer tablecloths that are not dirty.

Extra chairs and tables are available in the garage if needed. If you bring any into the house they will need to be returned to the garage. There should only be 20 armless chairs in the house - 12 around the table & 8 in the rack in the kitchen.
  • The guest suite & movie theater are not available for public use. It is the responsibility of the users to make sure guests keep out of these areas.
  • Yonder is a no-shoes-inside establishment (plenty of slippers and shoe covers are provided) and is ADA accessible.
  • Yonder has wireless internet access and there is limited audio-visual equipment. Please inquire as to what’s available.
